We are working with one of our fantastic public sector clients in finding an experienced HR Project Management interim to join their team through a large scale organisational change. You will be required to lead the design and delivery of complex ER, restructuring and redundancy consultation programmes within the organisation. The role combines strong project management with ER and employment law expertise to ensure workforce change is managed ethically, transparently and in full compliance with legislation and governance frameworks.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and delivery of complex ER, restructuring and redundancy consultation programmes within the organisation.
Qualifications:
- Seasoned Human Resources professional with significant experience managing redundancy and restructuring programmes within complex and unionised environments.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law, collective consultation obligations, redundancy selection processes and ER risk mitigation is also an essential requirement to ensure your success.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to negotiate is key, alongside HR governance and workstreams knowledge.
