Your New Role
Working within a Finance Shared Services environment, you will play a key role in supporting the stabilisation and continuous improvement programme. This role focuses on documenting end-to-end finance processes, developing clear and practical SOPs, and strengthening reporting and data insights. You will work across complex finance systems and data flows, including Salesforce CRM and TechnologyOne, to improve clarity, consistency, and operational delivery across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Expenses, Credit Control, Cash Allocation and the General Ledger. You will also support the finance systems roadmap, leading process and data mapping from opportunity creation through to billing, cash allocation and reporting, ensuring end-to-end visibility and control.
To Ensure Your Success
You will have strong experience in finance process mapping, documentation and SOP development within a complex systems environment. A solid working knowledge of finance systems (TechnologyOne or equivalent) and system integrations is essential, along with the ability to interpret data, resolve data quality issues and produce meaningful operational and management reporting. You will be a confident communicator, able to work collaboratively with Finance SMEs, Finance Business Partners, IT and Product Owners to validate documentation, clarify requirements and translate operational needs into system improvements. Experience with process mapping tools such as Visio or Mural, and a proactive, continuous improvement mindset, will be key to succeeding in this role.
