Are you an experienced Technical Analyst with a strong background in infrastructure support, system administration and technical troubleshooting? We’re working with a major organisation in the logistics sector who are looking for a hands-on Technical Analyst to join their in-house IT team.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Providing 2nd and 3rd line support across core infrastructure systems
  • Supporting and maintaining Windows Server, Active Directory, and Linux systems (Red Hat, Oracle Linux, CentOS)
  • Administering system software, databases, and storage platforms (SAN/NAS)
  • Managing access controls and ensuring compliance with security protocols
  • Troubleshooting across networks, storage, and applications
  • Supporting change and upgrade initiatives across infrastructure and software
  • Working closely with the Security & Architecture function on design and implementation of systems

What you’ll bring:

  • Solid experience in a technical support or infrastructure analyst role (5+ years)
  • Strong Windows and Linux OS experience — including scripting (PowerShell / Shell)
  • Understanding of database administration and storage planning
  • ITIL Foundation qualification or equivalent service delivery understanding
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive approach to system issues
  • Great communication skills with the ability to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
