Job Title: Customer Service Advisor (Part time - 24 Hours per week, split into 3 or 5 days) Location: Swindon (On-site) Duration: Initial 1 Year Temp Hourly rate: £14.50 Your New Role We’re working with a global and customer-focused business who are looking for a Part-Time Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly team. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people and thrives in a busy, supportive environment. Ensuring Your Success You will have strong communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport with customers. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment is desirable but not essential. You’ll be comfortable working in a fast-paced setting, able to multitask, and confident using basic computer systems. A positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn are key to succeeding in this role. In Return You’ll be joining a supportive team environment with full training provided. The role offers flexible part-time hours. You’ll gain valuable experience in a customer-facing role with opportunities to develop and progress within the business over time.
