This is a customer-focused role where you will provide first-line support to clients, investigating and resolving payroll queries, correcting calculation errors, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
You will be supporting a small portfolio of customers whose payroll has been impacted, working closely with internal teams to resolve issues accurately and efficiently.
Ensuring Your Success You will have previous experience within payroll support, payroll administration, or customer service in a payroll environment.
You'll be confident investigating payroll queries, communicating with customers, and resolving issues with accuracy and professionalism.
System experience is not essential, but a good understanding of payroll processes, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are key.
