Our client is a fast-growing professional services organisation, with an exceptional reputation within the region. Due to their continued growth, they are looking for an ambitious and driven Finance Assistant to join their in-house team. Reporting directly to the FC, you will provide direct support, playing a key role in financial processing and reporting for the organisation.

The role offers an array of responsibilities including:

  • Day to day bookkeeping & data entry
  • Processing staff expenses
  • Performing reconciliations
  • Maintaining the fixed asset register
  • Depreciation
  • Cost analysis and reporting
  • Raising invoices
  • Conducting payment runs
  • Processing supplier invoices

Ensuring Your Success

In terms of education, you have recently completed your A-Levels, be AAT qualified or a recent graduate. Having a strong baseline Excel skillset is essential with the willingness and desire to advance your skills in this area. Excellent communication skills are a must both verbally and written.
