An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mechanical & Electrical Project Manager to join a growing building services contractor delivering commercial projects across the A34 corridor (Oxford to Winchester).
This role is perfect for a motivated, technically skilled individual who thrives on responsibility and wants to play a key part in delivering multiple fast-paced M&E installations from pre-construction through to handover.
Role Overview:- Manage multiple commercial M&E projects across the Southwest region
- Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and client representatives
- Ensure delivery of works to program, quality, and budget expectations
- Conduct regular site visits, technical inspections, and progress meetings
- Maintain project documentation, procurement schedules, and financial reports
- Uphold Health & Safety and compliance standards across all sites
- Strong track record in M&E project management, ideally within commercial construction
- Solid understanding of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- HNC/HND or equivalent in Building Services or related discipline
- Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel between sites
- £70,000 – £75,000 basic salary
- 20% performance-based bonus
