An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mechanical & Electrical Project Manager to join a growing building services contractor delivering commercial projects across the A34 corridor (Oxford to Winchester). This role is perfect for a motivated, technically skilled individual who thrives on responsibility and wants to play a key part in delivering multiple fast-paced M&E installations from pre-construction through to handover.

Role Overview:

  • Manage multiple commercial M&E projects across the Southwest region
  • Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and client representatives
  • Ensure delivery of works to program, quality, and budget expectations
  • Conduct regular site visits, technical inspections, and progress meetings
  • Maintain project documentation, procurement schedules, and financial reports
  • Uphold Health & Safety and compliance standards across all sites

What You’ll Need:

  • Strong track record in M&E project management, ideally within commercial construction
  • Solid understanding of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • HNC/HND or equivalent in Building Services or related discipline
  • Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel between sites
