Our client is one of the South East's most prestigious financial services organisations. Currently, we are supporting them find a career driven IT Engineer to join their Oxford based team. This is a varied role, essentially in place to provide exceptional support and services to the organisations employees.

Day to day you will be first point of call for all IT issues, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with networking, hardware and software, as well as being an escalation point for the more technical complex issues. The role involves a nice mix of BAU support and more project specific requirements, including upgrades, integrations and migrations to move the organisations infrastructure forward.

Ensuring Your Success

Ideally you will have a few years of experience working within an IT Support position. You will be a natural problem solver, who enjoys the challenge of resolving technical issues. Having some IT Project experience is highly desirable. General AD, Windows Support and ideally some networking experience is also desirable. Personality wise, you will be a career motivated individual who wants to develop quickly. Strong stakeholder management skills are also essential.
