Our client is a prestigious education organisation based in London, looking for an ambitious HR/People coordinator to join their growing team, initially on a 6 month basis. You will provide generalist support service to the People team, including end to end employment administration. You will also manage the team's inbox, responding where applicable but also allocating and escalating where needed.
Ensuring Your Success
- You will have prior commercial experience as an HR administrator/coordinator, ideally within a complex environment.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail are an absolute must, with the ability to work to deadlines.
- Understanding of onboarding employees and the recruitment lifecycle is highly desirable.
- You will be a self-starter, who can also collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Other than a strong hourly rate, you will be joining a world renowned organisation, within a world class team. There is scope for the role to extend beyond the initial 6 months.
