This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Manager based in London (office-based Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays). The Account Manager will oversee relocations into the UK, and London primarily, and ensure the seamless delivery of relocation services, acting as a key point of contact for both corporate clients and relocating employees.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Managing service delivery
  • Resolving inquiries promptly
  • Maintaining strong relationships with relocating employees
  • Coordinating internally to meet service standards

Essential criteria:

  • RELOCATION, or DSP or LETTINGS experience is essential
  • Understanding of the relocation or destination services industry is highly advantageous
