Overview
In this role you will help build production RWA trading and lending infrastructure on Solana, spanning on-chain programs to investor-facing front ends. You’ll help scale a regulated, institutional-grade protocol that connects traditional finance with DeFi, including liquidity venues and market-making systems. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure security, compliance, and auditability while shipping quickly. This early-team position offers high-impact work shaping the Corda Protocol and expanding multichain capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Influence design and scale the Corda Protocol RWA yield marketplace for multi-chain and multi-curator expansion
- Design and build Solana programs (Rust/Anchor) for vaults, order books, AMMs, lending markets, and liquidity infrastructure
- Develop full-stack around on-chain modules: indexers, keepers/crankers, APIs, and React/TypeScript front ends
- Contribute to market-making and liquidity systems and ensure venue liquidity and solvency
- Participate in code reviews, threat modelling, and audits of programs
- Design, implement, and optimize SDKs for integration with centralized partners (exchanges, wallets, neobanks)
Key requirements
- Crypto-native or web3 engineering experience with lending protocols, yield marketplaces, vault infra, or similar on-chain marketplaces
- Minimum 6 years software development experience and 2+ years Rust production on Solana
- Proven track record shipping Solana programs in Rust (Anchor or native) with experience in order books, AMMs, lending/borrowing, or market-making
- Full-stack proficiency including on-chain logic and off-chain services/front ends (TypeScript/React, Node)
- Strong understanding of Solana account model, PDAs, CPI, compute limits, and high-throughput tradeoffs
