R3 Repairs is a busy and growing property repairs and maintenance company, working in Edinburgh, Lothian and the Borders for 15 years, wholly owned by East Lothian Housing Association. We carry out work in social housing, private homes and for other businesses, providing variety and the potential for every day to be different.

We perform repairs to empty homes as well as day-to-day repairs to tenanted/occupied properties. Our services include fitting new kitchens and bathrooms, windows and doors. Customer service is key to us, ensuring our customers receive a full service, including responding to emergencies out of hours.

If you are qualified to SCQF L6 – or equivalent, have excellent practical and analytical skills, hold a current driving licence, enjoy working with people, and believe excellent customer service should be the norm, you may be the ideal person for us.

We offer a salary between £17.68 – £21.82 per hour, depending on your experience, which translates to on-target earnings of between £35,855 and £44,250 a year. Additional benefits include contributions to a company pension scheme, free health cover with Simply Health, use of a company van, and provision of power tools.

As a Joiner, you will report directly to a designated Contracts Manager. This role is key in helping us achieve our business objective of having a reputation for excellence and being recognised as a high-quality provider of repairs and maintenance.

We provide a wide range of development opportunities, including comprehensive induction, training, and e-learning. Benefits also include up to 32 days paid holiday per year depending on your length of service, a generous employer pension contribution, annual incentive payment, and project bonus.
