Shift Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical Bias) – Essex | Romford | Basildon | Chelmsford

Days & Afternoons – 6-2 & 2-10 | working 2 weekends every month

Basic Salary Starting @ £45,000 > £47,000 after probation + Handover Allowance x1.5 + 13% Shift allowance + Overtime (weekends), Progression, Bonus & More

Duties of the Maintenance Engineer

  • Fault-finding, repairing and maintaining equipment on site. (
  • Electrical & Mechanical initiatives
  • PPM and TPM duties
  • Welding (MIG, TIG, or ARC)
  • To work/understand drawings. (Schematics)
  • Participate in toolbox talks where required.
  • 70/30 Mechanically biased – Some Fault-finding and Isolating of electrical equipment

In return, the Maintenance Engineer will receive the following:

  • £45,000 – £47,000
  • Overtime (1.5 & x2)
