Location: Newcastle upon Tyne (Onsite)

Hours: Monday-Thursday: 1:00pm-9:30pm | Friday: 12:00pm-7:30p

What you\'ll do:

• Build relationships with candidates and clients across the US.
• Recruit within a specialist technology market.
• Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing talent to offer stage.
• Build your own network, client base and personal brand.
• Work in a fast-paced, collaborative and high-performing environment.

We\'re looking for someone who:

• Is ambitious, competitive and motivated by success.
• Has sales, recruitment or customer-facing experience (graduates also welcome).
• Is confident, resilient and enjoys building relationships.
• Can work the required US business hours from our Newcastle office.
