What you would be responsible for
- Full-Cycle Recruitment
- Own full-cycle recruitment for all UK roles, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management, acting as the primary in-house recruiter for the UK market.
- Build and manage UK requisition pipelines, ensuring time-to-fill and quality-of-hire targets are met.
- Proactively source and engage passive candidates using Boolean search, ATS tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and talent databases, maintaining strong pipeline hygiene.
- Hiring Manager Partnership
- Partner closely with UK hiring managers to define role requirements, build job scorecards, and design effective interview processes.
- Act as a trusted advisor and business partner to UK hiring managers, consulting on headcount planning, role prioritization, and org structure as it relates to staffing needs.
- Educate and coach hiring managers on interview best practices, structured assessment, and inclusive hiring techniques.
- Drive a consistently excellent candidate experience from first touch through offer and handoff into onboarding.
- Talent Data & Analytics
- Track and report on UK recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipeline conversion, offer acceptance, cost-per-hire) to inform hiring strategy.
- Build and maintain dashboards/reporting that give hiring managers and leadership visibility into pipeline health and hiring progress against plan.
- Use data to identify bottlenecks in the hiring process and recommend improvements to sourcing channels, interview process, or time-to-fill.
- Provide regular hiring updates and talent market insights (salary benchmarking, competitor activity, talent availability) to hiring managers and leadership to support workforce planning decisions.
- Employer Branding & Talent Strategy
- Own UK employer branding efforts, careers page presence, social content, job ad quality, and candidate-facing messaging, to strengthen the company's positioning in the UK talent market.
- Represent the company at UK recruitment events, career fairs, and industry meetups as needed.
- HR Support
- Support culture and engagement initiatives for the UK population, in partnership with the broader People team.
- Contribute to UK onboarding experience design, ensuring new hires have a strong first 90 days.
- Assist with ad hoc UK HR projects as needed (e.g., internal communications, employee experience initiatives).
- Oversee day-to-day UK office operations, including facilities, vendor relationships, supply procurement, and space planning, ensuring a healthy, safe, and productive working environment.
- Experience & Skills
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 4–6 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally as an in-house/corporate recruiter in the UK market.
- Proven track record of building strong hiring manager relationships and running structured, efficient interview processes.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and Boolean search techniques.
- Experience contributing to or owning employer branding initiatives.
- Comfortable working with recruitment data and ATS reporting to track metrics and build hiring updates for stakeholders; advanced Excel/Sheets skills a plus.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to act as a credible advisor to hiring managers and leaders.
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple open requisitions and competing priorities simultaneously.
- General familiarity with UK employment practices is a plus, though this role is not responsible for UK employment law, payroll, or compliance ownership.
