R13 Recruitment are supporting a well-established branding and digital agency in their recruitment of a new Account Director to join their senior client services team. This role will take ownership of key client relationships, providing that strategic leadership while ensuring high-quality delivery across integrated brand, creative and digital projects.
This is a senior, client-facing position suited to someone confident operating at this stakeholder level, with strong agency experience and the ability to balance strategy, commercial oversight and delivery. Hybrid Monday to Friday working hours. The agency have a core base in Norwich so a monthly presence in this office is required alongside weekly client visits to London.

- Encouraging collaboration and development within the account team.
- Significant experience in a senior client services or account leadership role.
- Comfortable managing complex and high-value client relationships.
- Commercially astute, with experience managing budgets and profitability.
- Confident presenting ideas and influencing senior stakeholders.
- An excellent communicator, written and verbal.
- Collaborative and delivery-focused, able to lead cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with corporate or professional services clients is highly advantageous.
