R13 Recruitment are partnering with a well-established and highly respected housebuilder to recruit a Field Sales Manager to oversee sales performance across multiple live developments in Norfolk and Suffolk. This role will take on the integral responsibility for managing, motivating and developing site-based Sales Executives to achieve regional sales targets and therefore sales and team management experience within new home sales is a must.
The business is specifically seeking someone who has already operated at a senior level and can confidently and autonomously manage performance and drive consistent results through others. With multiple sites live and more planned, this role plays a critical part in ensuring consistent performance and presentation across their developments.
Friday to Tuesday working hours: 8.30am – 5.00pm with offered £50,000 – £55,000 DOE with company car/car allowance as an additional.

The day to day
- Managing and motivating a team of site-based Sales Executives across developments.
- Driving achievement of regional sales targets through effective leadership and coaching.
- Monitoring individual / site performance, addressing underperformance, coaching for success.
- Working closely with other senior stakeholders regarding forecasting and sales strategy.
- Overseeing reservations through to exchange and legal completion to ensure targets are met.
- Sales pipeline management, budget control and reporting.
- Ensuring strong collaboration between Sales and Site teams.
- Approving staff rotas and holiday requests.
- Overseeing presentation standards of show homes, sales outlets and stock plots.
- Supporting the pre-start and launch of new developments.
- Reviewing local market conditions and competitor activity.
- Advising on sales values and incentives in line with market conditions.
- Attending weekly meetings and conducting regular site visits.
You will have / be
- Proven experience in New Homes sales management is essential.
- Prior responsibility for managing, coaching and developing Sales team members.
- Experience addressing underperformance and improving results.
- Strong knowledge of the New Homes sales process, from reservation to completion.
- Confident forecasting and contributing to sales strategy.
- An inspiring, credible leader who can motivate teams to success.
