R13 Recruitment are supporting a well-established branding and digital agency in their recruitment of a new Account Director to join their senior client services team. This role will take ownership of key client relationships, providing that strategic leadership while ensuring high-quality delivery across integrated brand, creative and digital projects.
This is a senior, client-facing position suited to someone confident operating at this stakeholder level, with strong agency experience and the ability to balance strategy, commercial oversight and delivery.
Hybrid Monday to Friday working hours. The agency have a core base in Norwich so a monthly presence in this office is required alongside weekly client visits to London.

- Exposure to integrated brand, creative and digital projects
- Clear scope to influence strategy, delivery and account growth
