- Understanding of ICC colour profiles, resolution, and paper types preferred
- High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional manner with clients
- Able to work independently and as part of a small creative team
- A flexible, reliable attitude and pride in high standards of work
- Familiarity with social media marketing, especially Instagram and Facebook
- Comfortable engaging with clients and artists in-store and online to promote services
- Confidence in creating and sharing visual content such as videos or behind-the-scenes reels
- Numerically astute and confident using Excel and basic maths (for handling framing orders)
- Presentable, with a strong sense of professionalism and attention to appearance
- Excellent customer service skills and a positive, approachable manner
