As a Project Manager, you'll take responsibility for delivering complex, high‑value construction projects from preconstruction through to completion. You'll lead your team, consultants and subcontractors to ensure programmes, quality standards and commercial targets are achieved. You'll drive strategy, planning and reporting while managing risk and change. You'll maintain strong relationships and set the standard for safety, quality and overall project performance onsite.

- You'll lead and coordinate all project activities from preconstruction through to completion, ensuring delivery against programme, quality standards and project objectives.
- You'll develop and manage detailed project programmes, monitoring performance, critical path and progress throughout the lifecycle of the project.
- You'll oversee the performance of the project team, including Site Managers and operational staff, providing leadership, direction and mentoring.
- You'll manage relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and the wider supply chain to ensure contractual and operational expectations are met.
- You'll take ownership of the commercial and contractual position of the project, working closely with the commercial team to manage risk, change and reporting.
- You'll drive high standards of safety, quality and compliance on site, ensuring projects meet company procedures and statutory requirements.

You’ll be involved in high‑end projects ranging from £500k to £25m, supported by teams aligned to the scale and complexity of each build.
