Join us as a Project Manager and take full ownership of delivering exceptional high-end construction projects valued at £12m plus. You'll lead the delivery from pre-construction through to completion, guiding teams, managing complexity and maintaining firm control of programme, cost, quality and risk. This role demands decisive leadership, strong commercial judgement and a proven track record in high value, design led schemes, ensuring every stage of the build is delivered to the highest standards.

- Lead and coordinate all project activities from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring delivery against programme, quality standards and project objectives.
- Develop and manage detailed project programmes, monitoring performance, critical path and progress throughout the lifecycle of the project.
- Oversee the performance of the project team, including Site Managers and operational staff, providing leadership, direction and mentoring.
- Manage relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and the wider supply chain to ensure contractual and operational expectations are met.
- Take ownership of the commercial and contractual position of the project, working closely with the commercial team to manage risk, change and reporting.
- Drive high standards of safety, quality and compliance on site, ensuring projects meet company procedures and statutory requirements.

You'll be part of our Central Region where high-end country projects range from £500k to £100m are delivered by teams aligned to the scale and complexity of each build. Our portfolio for the region spans listed buildings, major refurbishments, contemporary new builds, sporting estates, boutique hotels, and substantial private residences. You'll be based onsite at one of our prestigious projects, joining a warm and professional team known for their expertise, collaboration, and commitment to excellence.
