As a Bench Joiner, you’ll work with your team to craft high-quality bespoke joinery, turning raw materials into precise, polished components. You’ll apply your joinery skills, technical knowledge, and attention to detail to produce work to the highest standards.   • You’ll work from full-sized working rods to produce the components needed for bespoke joinery.
  • You’ll prepare and follow cutting lists to ensure production runs smoothly.
  • You’ll shape, machine, and cut materials, turning raw stock into precise joinery elements.
  • You’ll assemble components, carrying out dry fits and final assemblies to high standards.
  • You’ll fit ironmongery and other hardware with accuracy and care.
