Are you a confident and experienced education professional with a talent for leading classrooms and maintaining high standards? rTriibe is currently recruiting dynamic Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across Wrexham during short-term staff absences. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in ensuring continuity of learning across Key Stages 3–5, delivering pre-prepared lessons and keeping pupils engaged, focused, and on track.
The Role:
- Supervising whole classes during teacher absences
- Delivering pre-set work in line with school policies
- Managing classroom behaviour effectively and confidently
- Ensuring pupils remain on task and complete assigned work
- Adapting quickly to different school environments
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working within secondary school classrooms (KS3–KS5)
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- A confident, proactive, and adaptable personality
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to travel within the Wrexham area
- An Enhanced DBS certificate (on the Update Service or willing to obtain one)
