They ensure efficient workflow, implement and improve operational processes, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of financial services and brokerage operations.# **Location:**London – UK – FenchurchJob Responsibilities:* Continuously improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.* Assess potential risks and propose strategies to ensure business operations are resilient and compliant.* Ensure adherence to industry regulations, reporting requirements, and internal policies.* Work within the team to hit KPIs with signed slips, invoicing, tax schedules, etc.* Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and third parties to ensure smooth operations and meet deadlines.Work Experience and Education:* Previous experience within a similar role within a London market broking house is essential.
