We are currently looking for an experienced Site Engineer to join a major civil engineering project in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a 6-month contract involving the installation of a culvert beneath a dual carriageway, with an immediate start available from Monday 17th August

The Role
As the Site Engineer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day engineering duties on site, ensuring works are delivered safely, accurately and in accordance with project specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Setting out for culvert installation and associated civils works.
QA, inspections and quality documentation.
Producing and maintaining accurate site records.
Liaising with the Site Manager, subcontractors and the client.
Ensuring works are completed safely and to programme.
Reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
Supporting delivery of drainage, earthworks and reinforced concrete works where required.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Site Engineer on civil engineering projects.
Experience with culverts, drainage, highways or infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
Competent using Leica, Trimble or similar surveying equipment.
CSCS Card (essential).
SMSTS or SSSTS (desirable).
First Aid (desirable).
Full UK driving licence preferred.
What's on Offer
Β£300Β£350 per day (dependent on experience).
