We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join an established groundworks subcontractor on a major industrial groundworks package in the Heathrow area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor with a strong reputation, offering a year-plus worth of work on the current site alongside a strong pipeline of further projects across West London and the surrounding areas.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the industrial groundworks package, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme and to the required quality standards. You'll manage site teams, subcontractors, materials and day-to-day site activities while working closely with the wider project team.

- Manage the day-to-day delivery of the groundworks package.

- Coordinate labour, plant and materials.
- Maintain high Health & Safety standards across site.
- Monitor programme and progress.
