The predicted salary is between 16.2 - 19.8 Β£ per hour.
We are currently looking for an experienced Deep Drainage Gang with valid CSCS cards for an immediate start on a residential construction project in Stowbridge. The gang will be responsible for carrying out deep drainage and associated groundwork activities, working safely and efficiently in accordance with site requirements and project specifications.
The role will involve:
- Installation of 450-600mm concrete drainage pipes
- Deep drainage installation
- Plot drainage and associated pipework
- Excavation and preparation of drainage runs
- Installation of manholes and drainage chambers
- Pipe bedding, jointing, backfilling and compaction
- Working around excavators and other site plant
- General groundwork duties as required
- Working as part of a gang on a residential development
- Assisting the site team as required
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS cards for all relevant gang members
- Proven experience in deep drainage and residential groundworks
- Previous experience installing 450-600mm concrete pipes
- Experience with drainage installation, manholes and associated structures
- Own PPE
- Relevant plant tickets where applicable
- Reliable and hardworking
- Good understanding of site health and safety
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
