We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team on a commercial construction project. This role is responsible for overseeing electrical installation works, coordinating site activities, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring delivery to programme and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day electrical installation activities on site
- Coordinate electricians, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to specification
- Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and schedules
- Conduct quality checks and inspections throughout installation phases
- Manage materials, labour allocation, and site progress reporting
- Ensure compliance with current electrical regulations and health & safety standards
- Attend site meetings and liaise with project managers and other trades
- Support commissioning and handover processes
Requirements:
- Gold ECS SSSTS
- Proven experience supervising electrical works on commercial construction projects
- Relevant electrical qualifications and certifications
- Strong understanding of current regulations and industry standards
- Ability to manage teams and maintain project timelines
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
