We are seeking a results-oriented Sales and Business Development Manager to expand our presence across the DACH and Benelux markets. This role is suited for someone who thrives in a full-cycle sales environment, builds new business opportunities, and focuses on selling services and solutions. The role contributes to growth by acquiring new logos and expanding the portfolio within existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute a sales strategy aligned with regional targets
- Identify, prioritize, and target key industry accounts
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities
- Business Development & Client Engagement
- Generate new leads through prospecting, networking, and relationship-building
- Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
- Understand client needs, business challenges, and priorities
- Deliver sales presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations
- Account Management
- Maintain relationships with existing clients
- Support customer satisfaction, retention, and account growth
