R Sees Flooring Co. Limited is a well-established and growing commercial flooring contractor operating across the UK. Working across a wide range of commercial projects, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality flooring solutions alongside a professional, reliable and customer-focused service.
Due to continued business growth, we are looking to recruit a Trainee Estimator to join our Estimating Department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within the construction and flooring industry, with full training, ongoing support and a clear progression pathway towards becoming an Estimator.
As a Trainee Estimator, you will support the Estimating Department with the preparation, coordination and administration of quotations, tenders and commercial documentation. You will gain hands-on experience across all aspects of the estimating process, including digital take-offs, supplier pricing, cost build-ups, tender administration and client liaison. The role is designed to provide structured training and long-term development within a fast-paced commercial construction environment.
This position would suit someone who is organised, numerate, eager to learn and able to work accurately under pressure whilst developing skills in the estimating field.
