The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 Β£ per year.

A temporary position until 09/08/2026 with 7 temporary posts available, all term time posts at 32.5 hours each (apart from the posts at Sauchie ELC which are less hours). Posts available at Banchory ELC, Redwell ELC, Sauchie ELC, St Serf's ELC, and Sunnyside ELC.

Please note as this post is part time term time, your salary will be pro rata to hours and weeks worked. If you start out with the normal school session, an adjustment will be made to reduce your first pay. This is because you are not entitled to be paid for all holidays. Once this adjustment has been completed, you will receive a 12th of your annual salary thereafter. You will receive an email from our payroll department before your first pay is due to advise of the amount that will be deducted. If you start on the first day of term, this will not apply to you.

To be actively involved in the delivery of an effective Early Years Service which meets the needs of children and their families in line with policy and procedures. To be involved in planning and implementing an appropriately balanced high quality child centred Early Years Service whilst providing a caring, safe and welcoming environment for children which will allow each child to develop at their own rate. Planning will be guided by current national guidance for example, cfe and other relevant material.

This post is considered Regulated Work with Children and/or Protected Adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. You will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check prior to a formal offer of employment being made by Clackmannanshire Council. Please note you will be required to pay for the cost of this application if your salary is over Β£38,000 per annum, which will be deducted from your first pay.
