Job DescriptionPlease note: this is a temporary maternity cover post until 30th September 2026.
To assist in the provision of an efficient, effective and flexible administrative support by working as part of the Business Support Team.
To provide a customer focused service as the first point of contact for both internal and external customers.
To provide business support services of a standard that demonstrates a high level of initiative, judgement, confidentiality and responsibility.
To provide a critical support to a statutory Service which includes collation of service KPI\’s, coordination of MAPPA Core Groups, research/updates for environmental risk assessments with very tight deadlines; coordination of Core Groups for high tariff cases; aggregate returns to determine sustainability and funding.
Although staff may initially be allocated in a Service area, they can be moved to suit Service need.
