The predicted salary is between 1300 - 1600 £ per month.
Provision of school meals. To undertake, normally under direct supervision, preparation and simple cooking, serving of food and kitchen duties.
- Basic food prep, simple cooking, sandwich & salad preparation
- General kitchen & dining room duties, e.g. setting up and clearing away equipment, crockery and tables, cleaning of kitchen
- Maintaining good hygiene, Health & Safety and customer relations within the unit
- Other duties as requested by the Senior Catering Assistant/Catering Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook simple meals under supervision.
- Assist with food preparation, plating and serving in a school setting.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Adhere to Health & Safety policies and support positive customer relations.
- Undertake other duties as required by the Catering Supervisor.
