Looking for a sales role with purpose as well as strong earning potential? An exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing family law support organisation offering legal guidance to fathers navigating child arrangements. You’ll be both a sales professional and a Relationship Manager, converting warm leads into long-term clients, supporting fathers through family court, and earning strong commission for your success.
We’re looking for a resilient, emotionally intelligent and sales-focused professional who is motivated by making a difference in people’s lives. This is someone who can balance empathy and performance, build rapport quickly, and guide fathers through emotionally sensitive legal processes in the Family Court.
With warm leads provided every month, structured training, and a supportive environment, this is an opportunity to build a rewarding career while making a meaningful difference.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle incoming enquiries and convert them into paying clients
- Offer clear, compassionate guidance and understanding of our legal support services
- Assist clients through Family Court cases, including preparing case strategy, filing documentation and attending court hearings
- Work alongside your dedicated admin support, who will assist you with client applications, statements and strategy.
- Work flexibly from home and/or our Walsall office
- Source additional leads through networking, referrals, and word of mouth
- Maintain accurate client records via our CRM system and manage multiple cases efficiently
- Proven experience in B2C sales or client-facing consultancy
- Comfortable managing own pipeline, sourcing referrals and thriving in a self-employed structure
- Driven, self-motivated, resilient and confident working to targets
- A strong communicator who is empathetic and emotionally aware
- Able to manage multiple clients, keep thorough notes, and work closely with support staff to drive outcomes.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (travel to court is required)
- A background in legal or family law is a bonus but not essential—full training is provided
- On-target earnings of £40,000–£50,000 per annum
