Job Responsibilities

• HVAC System Installation: Install residential central air conditioning systems, furnaces, heat pumps, and ductless mini-split systems with high-quality workmanship.
• Customer Communication: Communicate with homeowners to ensure satisfaction throughout the installation process.
• System Startup & Testing: Perform startup procedures on new HVAC systems to verify proper operation and address issues.
• Documentation: Complete all necessary paperwork accurately for each job.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow installers and the service team for efficient installations.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on new HVAC technologies and techniques.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in HVAC installation with solid system knowledge.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of low-voltage wiring and electrical connections.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work in attics and crawl spaces.
• Driver’s License: Valid license with a clean record.
• Customer-Focused: Excellent service and communication skills.
• Attention to Detail: Ensure installations meet high standards.
