Job Responsibilities

• Assist with Installations & Repairs – Support senior HVAC technicians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, A/C units, heat pumps, and mini-splits.

• Learn On the Job – Receive training in HVAC tools, safety procedures, system diagnostics, and customer service practices.

• Material Handling – Load and unload equipment and materials; ensure proper staging and clean-up of job sites.

• Tool Use & Equipment Setup – Assist with basic wiring, piping, and setting up HVAC equipment under supervision.

• Documentation – Help maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and customer interactions.

• Safety Compliance – Follow company safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times.

• Team Support – Collaborate with installation and service teams to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality work.

Qualifications

• Eagerness to Learn – No prior HVAC experience required, but a strong desire to build a career in the HVAC industry is a must.

• Basic Mechanical Skills – Comfortable using hand tools and learning technical systems.

• Physical Requirements – Able to lift up to 80 lbs, work in confined spaces, and perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.

• Dependability – Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to follow instructions.

• Driver’s License – Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Team Player – Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a team environment.
