Job Responsibilities

• Electrical System Installation & Repairs – Install, maintain, and repair electrical control systems, wiring, lighting, and fixtures in residential homes.
• Diagnostics & Troubleshooting – Inspect, diagnose, and repair electrical issues, circuit breakers, transformers, and wiring systems.
• Code Compliance – Ensure all electrical work meets national, state, and local regulations.
• Customer Engagement – Inform customers about issues, solutions, and system performance, providing recommendations for products and services to improve efficiency and safety.
• Technical Expertise – Read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and blueprints to execute precise and effective electrical work.
• Service Documentation – Use Service Titan software to track completed work, ensuring accurate records and seamless service.
• Safety & Quality Assurance – Follow all safety protocols and industry standards to ensure high-quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Experience – 3+ years of experience as a residential electrician.
• Certifications – Electrical certifications and state licensing preferred.
• Technical Expertise – Strong knowledge of electrical systems, troubleshooting techniques, and repair procedures.
• Service Software – Experience with Service Titan or similar trade software is a plus.
• Communication Skills – Ability to explain electrical issues and solutions clearly to customers.
• Attention to Detail – Perform accurate, high-quality electrical work.
• Customer-Focused – Dedicated to exceptional service and professionalism.
• Driver’s License – Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
