We are a family run company with our own fleet of vehicles, that continually invests in new equipment.

Due to business growth, we have several permanent opportunities for Class 1 Drivers to join our busy team at Hazlehead, Crow Edge, Near Penistone S36 4HG.(commutable for candidates living in Huddersfield, Holmfirth, Stocksbridge, Barnsley, Sheffield and surrounding areas).

The roles will involve working on a modern fleet of artic vehicles. (Class 1 licence required).

Experience of working with walking floor trailersor curtain sided trailers is advantageous, although full training will be provided for suitable candidates.

As our Class 1 Driver you will be responsible for

Picking up and delivering materials throughout the UK.

Ensuring loads are transported securely and delivered accurately.

Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects.

  • Completing all delivery paperwork and electronic records correctly.
  • Adhering to driver hours, tachograph, and health & safety regulations.

The available shift patterns are

Day driver positions with early starts, average 55 hours per week including paid breaks. (The average hours are worked out over 10 week periods)

  • Monday to Friday £43,328.00 per annum
  • Tuesday to Saturday £44,565.95 per annum
