Responsibilities

1. Install high-quality landscape projects.
2. Prepare and grade lawn areas and planting beds; plant shrubs, trees, and lawn areas; mulch, fertilize, and water plants; dig trenches if needed.
3. Use and maintain tools and equipment properly; check and fill fluids daily.

Qualifications

1. Strong communication skills.
2. Time management and punctuality.
3. Knowledge of plant materials and planting practices.
4. Ability to interpret landscape plans.
5. Machinery operation license (Hoisting/Hydraulics); valid driver’s license; CDL preferred.
6. Safety training (CPR/First Aid); safety program adherence.
7. Self-motivated with a positive attitude; good listening and communication skills.
8. Ability to read landscape plans and perform grading with laser tools.
9. Multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.

Physical Requirements

1. Physical strength, stamina, and mobility for heavy outdoor work.
2. Ability to access all areas and lift objects up to 100 pounds.

Compensation

Range: $19/hr – $27/hr. We are committed to pay transparency and equity, complying with all applicable laws.
