Job Overview

R.P. Marzilli & Company is an award-winning landscape firm specializing in ultra high-end residential landscapes in the Greater Boston, Cape and Islands, and Rhode Island/Eastern Connecticut areas. Our team is passionate and dedicated to the landscape profession.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Follow instructions from crew leader
• Laying and aligning materials such as bricks, concrete blocks, stones, etc.
• Maintain tools and worksite in good condition, adhering to safety protocols
• Ensure a clean and hazard-free environment
• Trim overgrown limbs, hedges, and leaves to enhance appearance

Job Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in flatwork, hardscape, masonry, and layout
• Ability to operate construction equipment including skid steer, mini excavator, and loaders
• Licensing to drive non-CDL trucks and trailers
• Reliability and high attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent

Position Range

$25 – $35 per hour
