The Royal Oak, Aughton is preparing to reopen following a substantial refurbishment, and we are seeking an ambitious, experienced, and talented Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and play a key role in the next exciting chapter of our business. Duties

  • Lead the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality food production.
  • Develop innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends whilst maintaining consistency and quality.
  • Supervise and manage kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
  • Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to meet brand standards and customer expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards across the kitchen.
  • Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and control food costs to optimise profitability.
