Our client based in the area of Northampton NN5 is looking for candidates to work in their Quality checking department.
Hourly rate - Β£13.00
Shift - Monday to Friday - 08:00am-16:00pm
Key Responsibilities
Conduct containment inspections to identify and segregate non-conforming products.
Perform production line audits to verify compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.
Carry out AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) inspections prior to product dispatch.
Approve production submissions and ensure all quality requirements are met before release.
Collaborate closely with Production Leaders and cross-functional teams to resolve quality concerns and drive continuous improvement.
Maintain accurate inspection records and communicate findings effectively.
Collaborate with Quality Inspector (nightshift)
Essential Requirements
Previous experience working within a quality inspection or quality assurance role in a manufacturing environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Knowledge of quality systems, processes, and inspection techniques.
Ability to think logically and apply critical thinking skills to problem-solving and root cause analysis.
Good organisational skills with excellent timekeeping and reliability.
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Comfortable working independently and making quality-related decisions within defined standards.
Desirable
Experience with customer-specific quality requirements.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant quality management standards.
Experience using inspection and measuring equipment. xsabvtc
