About the Role Were looking for a driven, ambitious, and confident Sales Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, winning new business, and matching talented candidates with great employers.

Youll manage the full recruitment cycle, from business development and client management through to sourcing candidates and successfully placing them into roles.

Key Responsibilities Develop and grow relationships with new and existing clients.

Identify new business opportunities through outbound sales and networking.

Advertise vacancies across multiple recruitment platforms.

Source, screen, and interview candidates.

Match suitable candidates to client vacancies.

Arrange interviews and manage the recruitment process from start to finish.

Negotiate offers and successfully place candidates.

Build and maintain a strong candidate database.

Achieve and exceed individual sales and placement targets.

Deliver excellent customer service to both clients and candidates.
