We currently have a vacancy in our R.M.Williams team for a full-time Store Manager at our new Guildford store. The Store Manager will work alongside their team to create a profitable business and ensure smooth and effective daily running of the store.

The Store Manager Will Be Responsible For
- Leading a customer experience by ensuring customers are welcomed, provided with expert product knowledge, advice and brand history and wanting to return because of the memorable moments they’ve had.
- Actively selling products and developing relationships with new and existing customers.
- Leading and contributing to sales targets and KPIs.
- Team management including training, achieving sales targets, and supporting the team to manage their career experience.
- Recruitment, staffing onboarding, performance coaching and scheduling for the best customer experience.
What we’re looking for
- At least 3 years’ experience managing a premium retail store within an apparel or footwear retailer preferable.
- Customer experience focused, offering delivering best-in-class service, through selling, service, visual, operations and leadership excellence.
- A growth mindset, with an openness to learn, grow, with curiosity.
- Communication skills in all forms, that create a welcoming, driven, and curious culture for our teams and our customers.
