Company Overview
We have just picked up a fantastic PA/Office Manager opportunity with a growing research and technology business based in St James's. This is a brilliant opportunity to support the two Founders in a broad and varied role, whilst becoming the glue that keeps a busy and collaborative office running smoothly. They're looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented, but equally someone who will bring warmth, energy and personality to the team. This is a perfect role for a PA or Team Assistant who is looking for step up into a broad, office manager role with some traditional EA duties. The business has around 13 employees and a genuinely friendly culture. They work hard but enjoy spending time together, and the Founders are passionate about creating a positive, welcoming office environment.
Responsibilities
- Complex diary management for two Founders
- Coordinating international travel, itineraries and logistics
- Managing meeting schedules and ensuring the Founders are fully prepared
- Supporting with project administration and maintaining internal systems, including Monday.com
- Office management and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the business
- Organising team events, socials and office initiatives
- General administration, spreadsheets and document management
- Acting as the central point of contact to keep projects and people on track

- Proactive and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Calm under pressure and adaptable when plans change
