This fantastic consultancy firm based in Central London is looking for an Office Manager who is happy with light EA duties. They have a great social culture and are paying up to £60,000 plus benefits. This is an incredibly dynamic role and the perfect opportunity for an experienced Office Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the day-to-day running of the office, H&S, contractors & regulations
- Office and event budgets, tracking expenses & cost cutting, meetings
- Supporting the onboarding process & new joiners
- Act as the first point of contact for employee enquiries
- Provide EA support to one Partner (calendar management, travel)
- Wider office support/admin
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 2-3 years Office Manager experience required
- Excellent time management skills
- Proactive and organised
- Exceptional communication and written skills
- Must be highly motivated, driven to learn, work hard and adapt to a fast-paced culture
- Ability to problem-solve and think ahead
