We have just picked up a really exciting Receptionist and Front Office Administrator role for one of our favourite clients, they have a great social environment, value hard work and look fantastic on the CV.

They are a well-established Executive Search client based in the City.

The successful candidate will ideally have administrative experience, preferably gained from within a financial or recruitment background (Not essential).

Responsibilities

  • Operate the switchboard and direct all incoming calls.
  • Meet and greet clients and candidates and prepare refreshments.
  • Manage the office diary and all meeting room bookings.
  • Set up meeting rooms for internal meetings.
  • Organising catering for front of house functions.
  • Ensure all stock is up to date.
  • Franking post.
  • Booking couriers.
  • Performing extra ad-hoc tasks.
