We are working on an incredibly rare and exciting role within financial services. This EA / CoS position offers progression and the opportunity to become a true partner to the business. The role offers genuine strategic exposure, including involvement in investor relations, global fundraising support, event management, partner meetings and cross-functional projects. It would suit an ambitious, highly polished EA who enjoys being at the centre of a business, understands how to anticipate needs, manage competing priorities and represent a senior principal with absolute professionalism. Working closely with the Founder and senior leadership team, you will bring structure, clarity and momentum across key priorities. You will help ensure decisions are followed through, communication remains clear and important projects and actions are driven to completion. The successful candidate will be ambitious, highly motivated, strategic and maintain the ability to manage staff and hold the team accountable. Prior experience in a Chief of Staff or similar role will be desirable. Exposure to financial services will be beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted right-hand partner to the Managing Partner, providing proactive and strategic support.
  • Manage a complex and ever-changing diary, ensuring priorities are effectively coordinated.
  • Prepare briefing packs, presentations, research and meeting materials.
  • Attend partner meetings, track actions and ensure timely follow-through.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects and business initiatives.
  • Support investor relations activities and maintain key stakeholder relationships.
  • Assist with global fundraising efforts, including investor meetings and roadshows.
  • Prepare and review fundraising and investor communication materials.
  • Plan and deliver high-profile events, including investor and partner gatherings.
  • Manage relationships with investors, portfolio companies, advisors and external partners.
  • Coordinate complex international travel and meeting logistics.
  • Handle confidential information, correspondence and office operations with discretion.

Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced 1:1 EA or similar position
  • Experience within financial services or professional services is desirable
  • Prior investor relations experience required
  • Highly organised, proactive and solutions-focused
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Confident working in a fast-paced environment
