Company Overview
We have a really exciting Business Operations Manager opportunity with a fast-growing start-up launching two new ventures.
Role
They are looking for someone who is exceptionally organised, proactive and commercially minded, with a genuine passion for making things happen. Working closely with the Founder, you'll become the operational backbone of the business, driving projects forward, coordinating external stakeholders, managing reporting and systems, and ensuring everything runs smoothly as the company grows. As the business expands, so too will the role, providing an excellent opportunity to progress into senior operations leadership.

- Operations & Reporting: Improve systems and processes, prepare management reporting and board papers, and coordinate meetings and follow-up actions.
- Finance & Commercial Support: Maintain budgets, contracts and reporting, liaising with external advisers while supporting commercial initiatives and new ventures.
- Founder Support: Act as the Founder's right hand, managing priorities, diary and travel, preparing key communications, and ensuring the Founder can focus on strategic growth.
Skills and Experience
- Ideally 3-4 years' experience as an EA, Operations or Project Coordinator.
- Office Management experience would be a significant advantage.
- Strong Excel skills are essential.
