Company Overview
We have just picked up a fantastic new Accounts & Operations Assistant opportunity with a specialist headhunting firm based in Bank. The business has a young, outgoing team of around 24 people and a genuinely fun, social culture. It is a fast-paced and hard-working environment, but one where people are rewarded with regular socials, a gym allowance and plenty of opportunity to learn, develop and progress.
This is a varied, hands‑on role sitting across accounts, operations and office management, so no two days will look quite the same. There are lots of moving parts and they are looking for someone bright, analytical and highly organised who enjoys taking ownership and keeping things running smoothly. The culture is a real selling point. Everyone works hard, but they also genuinely enjoy spending time together, with regular monthly socials and a friendly, energetic office environment.
Responsibilities
- Supporting with contractor onboarding, contracts and associated paperwork
- Managing and maintaining a large contracts book
- Assisting with invoicing, timesheets and contractor payroll
- Drafting candidate and client documentation
- Coordinating travel arrangements
- Organising company incentives, events and team activities
- Supporting with office management and liaising with suppliers
- Providing wider administrative and operational support across the business
Skills and Experience
- Degree in Business Management, Economics or Finance required
- Prior experience in an accounts assistant or similar role desirableEnjoys working with numbers, data and information
- Can juggle multiple priorities and stay on top of a busy workload
- Is proactive and comfortable taking ownership
- Communicates confidently with people at all levels
